1. Download the Riverside iOS app or Download the Google Play app

2. Open the email invite you received from Routing for Success and click the link (the email may have come from Riverside, search your junk inbox if you can’t find it)

3. After connecting to the Studio, type Your Name.

4. In the top right corner, tap Next.

5. On the Lobby screen, preview your video.

6. In the top right corner, tap Join to enter the Studio.

Browser

Use your Computer

If you prefer to film on your computer, follow the steps below to join a Studio. Please note, Chrome or Edge are the only two supported browsers.

During the recording, your computer automatically saves your high-quality audio and video. Then it uploads your recording to Riverside. Please leave your browser tab open until you see it finish the upload.

1. On your computer, click a Studio invite link from your email. (the email may have come from Riverside, search your junk inbox if you can’t find it)
TIP: Set up your microphone and camera in the Lobby before entering the Studio.

2. In the Lobby, enter your name.

3. Click to indicate whether you are using headphones.
IMPORTANT: If you haven’t used Riverside before, click Request Camera Permissions so the browser can access your microphone and camera. Click Allow.

4. Look for the video preview on the right side of the page.

5. Use the menus to select mic, camera, and speaker.

6. Click Join Studio to join the call.
